PIK-NIK is an essay film documenting the annual boisterous chaotic and theatrical picnic phenomenon in eastern India, that takes place during winter. This coming season, social distancing norms will compete with the increasingly noxious displays of nationalistic fervor, xenophobia and patriarchy.
